We’re escape room enthusiasts who have played 350+ rooms across the United States, Europe, and Asia. We’re sharing our research info from when we looked into English-language Hong Kong Escape Rooms.
We did 2 in Hong Kong and had fun. However, based on what we’ve seen and heard, the Hong Kong English-language escape room market does not have any must-do standouts. I link to enthusiast reviews when I can find them. Most of the reviews are of the Singapore versions of the game, although I have some for the Hong Kong versions as well. The Hong Kong English escape room market seems to be dominated by one company: Lost HK, which has roots going back to the early years of escape rooms.

Fox in a Box HK – English Escape Rooms
Fox in a Box is an international franchise with locations in several continents, we’ve played some of these games at an American location. The games are all private, and cost between $207 and $250 per person depending on team size. You can book via their website for their location in Kwun Tong.

Lost HK – English Escape Rooms
Lost HK does private bookings, so strangers will not be added to your games. Booking does not require payment, they accept payment when you arrive. They have two locations: Causeway Bay and Mong Kok.
Hints and all clues are available in English for these games. Expect a base price of around 180HKD per person on weekends for a 45-minute game. You can book via their website.
